Meet Our Director

Josh

A solid work ethic is extremely important to me and fuels my drive to achieve everything I put my mind to. Learning new skills and challenging myself has been one of my most important traits which is why before I even finished school, I applied to begin an apprenticeship within the roofing industry and project management. At 18 I was already self-employed and, on a journey, to pursue a long career in construction with the intention to learn multiple fields.

Feeling somewhat unfulfilled with my journey in the construction industry, I decided to take a risk to leave the comfort of all my loved ones and leave the country to travel the world.

Having picked up multiple jobs in multiple countries, mainly around the construction field, I still felt somewhat disappointed, until I fell into a recruitment job. Assisting others in finding their true passions and the jobs of their dreams gave me more satisfaction than any other skill I learnt or the amount of money I ever made.

I grew a startup recruitment business in New Zealand which provided me with the satisfaction I was longing for and helped me build great relationships with an incredible network.

Coming back to the UK I continue to have a burning desire to grow my network with high value clients and provide them with what’s important to them whether it be a property investment that grows their wealth, or even just help in any area I can, exceeding every expectation you may have.

I’ve recently returned to the UK to pursue my passion in property investing after spending several years in New Zealand working in the IT & Recruitment industry. Whilst my venture out there was rewarding in its own regard, I was introduced into the world of property and found my eye drawn to the attention to detail within the culture which I love to bring to all my own projects.

Working in IT gave me the skills to navigate the internet and source information and opportunities hidden from most, now coupled with the knowledge I have acquired and the negotiation I learnt in recruitment, I use expensive tools & software to calculate my own deals efficiently and accurately for a positive outcome, which is what I promise to the clients I work with.

Family is incredibly important to me, being able to stay social and maintain relationships with loved ones not only keeps me centered, but also allows me to explore my own character so that I’m always self-improving, which is something I love to bring to business as I am forever growing. Relationships are my most valued asset.

One of the things I enjoy the most about this industry is that it allows me to travel to new places, not just nationally, but also worldwide, and keeps me socializing with high value clients that have a keen interest in property and investment, experiencing new places and cultures is what I live for.
